From spring of 2022 through the present, we have developed three interlocking projects: the Supporting People on Their Terms (SPOT) clinic, the development of the first Contingency Management program in Oakland, and the hiring of two community health worker, “Substance Use Navigators.”

The work continues now as an elective for residents at Highland Hospital, which is being supported and developed formally by the Bridge Clinic.
